Roald Klungland and Per Øyvind Grimsby are behind the idea of Sirdal Safari and Adventures. They have collaborated in various projects since the early 2000s. What first initiated the collaboration was an initiative from Klungland about commercial fishing in Svartevassmagasinet furthest north in Sirdal municipality. At the time, Grimsby worked as an environmental protection manager in Sirdal municipality.
Our vision:
Our mission is to become an important company within nature-based tourism in Norway, and become the leading company in nature guiding in the region Agder and Rogaland. SSA and Kvæven will be the choice for customers wanting a knowledge-based and sustainable experience of nature and culture in the region.
